My hypnotherapist was Hong Ye. I would like to thank Hong Ye for helping me over the past few weeks in my battle against OCD. I received hypnotherapy sessions and at the same time counselling sessions too, which actually helped to make me feel more relaxed and also more determined in fighting OCD. I would like to thank Hong Ye for his patience and his guidance in helping me achieve a more peaceful mind.

Thank you for listening to me and slowly guiding me throughout the whole 5 session. Talking to you is comfortable which I never thought I could to a stranger. In past, if I did something wrong at work. I will be dwelling the whole day and scared. Now, I will try to solve and work it out without being so panic. I can say I have recover from my panic attack in the train. And that's why I am grateful for also. To better, grow myself.
